For our final Domestic Violence Awareness Month post this year, we turn our attention to the critical role of Emergency Financial Relief in supporting survivors’ mental health and well-being. Emergency Financial Relief provides a bridge to the financial barriers and in that it offers hope, stability and a path forward for domestic violence survivors. Employer-sponsored programs that provide cash grants to individuals can significantly reduce stress and anxiety, allowing survivors to focus on their emotional recovery and rebuilding their lives.  One of our grantees from Texas shared: "Any abuse that anyone is going through is devastating and distracting. Trying to transition with work and family and mentally remain stable due to finances is tough. The employee relief fund really helped me and my family during my transition." By addressing financial concerns, we empower survivors to prioritize their mental health and well-being, breaking the cycle of abuse and fostering long-term healing. At E4E Relief, we're committed to providing this crucial support, recognizing that financial stability is often the first step towards a brighter, safer future for survivors and their families. #DVAwarenessMonth #FinancialRelief #SurvivorSupport #MentalHealth

The C.H. Robinson | C.H. Robinson Foundation case study series – Part 2 This second installment of our C.H. Robinson | C.H. Foundation case study series reveals the reason this Fortune 500 provider of multimodal transportation services and third-party logistics outsourced the management of their Emergency Financial Relief program to E4E Relief. By outsourcing their relief program to us, C.H. Robinson and C.H. Robinson Foundation demonstrate their commitment to supporting their workforce during challenging times. Some of the key benefits of this partnership include: ➡️ Streamlined process: Our expertise ensures efficient application review and fund distribution ➡️ Compliance: We handle all regulatory requirements, reducing administrative burden ➡️ Confidentiality: Employees can seek assistance with confidence, knowing their privacy is protected ➡️Scalability: Our program can easily adapt to C.H. Robinson's evolving needs ➡️Global reach: With operations in North America, Europe, Asia and South America, we can support C.H. Robinson's diverse workforce worldwide. Scaling the existing C.H. Robinson Foundation program globally was among their primary Emergency Financial Relief goals, and our solution helped them hit the mark. As is reflected in the graphic below, the outsourcing process to progress included a program consultation, increasing their internal bandwidth, elevating employee engagement and awareness about the program, managing all their employee applications and fund distribution and measuring/reporting for their quarterly meetings with the executive team and board members. We're honored to work alongside C.H. Robinson Foundation in providing critical support to their employees when they need it most. Together, we ensure they can leverage our specialized services to enhance their employee care initiatives. Our Domestic Violence Awareness Month series continues with an important highlight: the critical role Emergency Financial Relief has in supporting survivors. At E4E Relief, we're honored to serve corporations with leaders who prioritize providing life-changing grants to those escaping abusive situations. In September alone, E4E Relief received 186 domestic violence-related applications representing 42 client companies, awarding over $120,000 to survivors in need. These cash grants offer a vital lifeline, assisting with rapid relocation needs and providing flexible payment options to ensure funds reach the intended recipient without delay or ties to joint accounts that could be intercepted. The impact of these grants is profound. One survivor from Connecticut shared: "Recently I was able to finally move away from my abuser after about 4 years of being forced to live together. About 3 days ago he was arrested for assaulting someone and I can't help but think that E4E gave me the ability to not be seriously injured. I walked on eggshells for years and having the ability to simply sit in my living room comfortably, for the first time in forever, without being intimidated or demoralized for existing. I am no longer threatened, screamed at, subject to misogynistic degradation, nor forced to endure physical violence to retain home stability." This powerful testimony underscores the transformative impact of E4E Relief’s cash grants to individuals. By providing survivors with the means to escape dangerous situations, we're not just offering financial assistance – we're providing a pathway to safety, dignity and hope.

Our clients have responded with incredible generosity to care for their teams during an extraordinarily busy Atlantic hurricane season. Since July, E4E Relief has awarded $20 million in Emergency Financial Relief to individuals facing both immediate and long-term challenges from devastating storms, including the recent Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Our dedicated Grant Specialists have already processed thousands of applications, delivering crucial financial assistance to help employees stay safe and recover. Much of the devastation from Hurricane Helene is close to home for us here in North Carolina. It has highlighted the need well beyond the immediate response, which is why we launched the Hurricane Helene Community Fund, offering direct grants to individuals throughout the Southeastern US. This fund allows us to expand our impact, reaching those who may not have access to a financial lifeline as they attempt to rebuild. Whether through company-sponsored relief efforts or the broader community fund, we’re committed to supporting the safety, recovery, and rebuilding of individuals impacted.
