  • Philanthropy has the power to transform communities — but managing financial resources, compliance and long-term sustainability can be overwhelming. That’s where affiliated funds come in. By partnering with a foundation like FFTC, organizations, donors and communities can maximize their impact while leaving the administrative complexities to the experts. From strategic grantmaking to long-term financial stewardship, giving funds provide a sustainable way to fuel meaningful change.

  • Giving back through the arts creates meaningful connections and lasting impact. Arts & Science Council of Charlotte-Mecklenburg (ASC) is hosting a Volunteer Opportunity Fair to introduce community members to upcoming ways to get involved. This is a great chance to support the cultural organizations that help shape Charlotte’s vibrant arts scene!

Are you interested in becoming an Arts & Science Council volunteer? Join us at our next Volunteer Opportunity Fair on Saturday, February 8th from 11a-1p at Eastway Rec Center! This is your chance to come learn about our upcoming volunteering opportunities and events, and sign up to be an official ASC volunteer: https://lnkd.in/e5ksAb7U We can't wait for you to join us!

🚗💨 Keeping the momentum going! Greetings from beautiful Asheville, N.C.! 🌄 ↩️ Last year, we celebrated Charlotte’s move from No. 50 to No. 38 in economic mobility—a step forward in ensuring every child has the opportunity to climb the income ladder and thrive. 🪜✨ ↪️ This year, we’re staying laser-focused, keeping our foot on the gas as we continue conversations about how policy can drive real, lasting change for our community. Special thanks to the City of Charlotte Council for welcoming Sherri Chisholm and Tonya Jameson into your space. Let’s keep working together to build a city where everyone has the chance to succeed. 💼🤝 #EconomicMobility #Charlotte #Collaboration
