About us
Founded over 70 years ago, Eastern Fire has become a leading fire protection company serving Maine and New Hampshire. Established by Jerry Haynes and Marc Tardif, the company was built on teamwork, expertise, and a strong commitment to community safety. In 2021, Eastern Fire joined the Davis-Ulmer Family of Companies, a network of fire protection specialists across the Eastern U.S. This partnership gives us access to additional resources and expertise while maintaining the personalized service our clients value. Today, with over 100 dedicated professionals, we continue to provide comprehensive fire sprinkler, alarm, and life safety solutions. Our mission is simple: to protect what matters most. Whether performing inspections or installing complex systems, we uphold the highest standards of safety, ethics, and technical expertise—values passed down through generations.

On this day, September 11, we honor the value of life, those we loved and lost, our country’s resilience, and the strength and unity of the American spirit. “Even the smallest act of service, the simplest act of kindness, is a way to honor those we lost, a way to reclaim that spirit of unity that followed 9/11.” — Barack Obama #patriotday #observe #september11

Mental Health Awareness Month is a great way to show support and understanding for people around us - coworkers, family, friends, and neighbors. We can raise awareness by: ▪️ Educating ourselves on common signs and symptoms and how to respond. ▪️ Listening without judgment ▪️ Remembering the power of self-care and caring for others ▪️ Encouraging kind language to be more compassionate, understanding, and forgiving ▪️ Volunteering or donating your time and resources Mental illness impacts the lives of millions of individuals every day. As we embrace Mental Health Awareness Month, let's take a moment to cultivate gratitude within our teams and promote a culture of kindness and appreciation. If you or someone you know is struggling, you are not alone. As we wrap up Construction Safety Week and reflect on the theme: Value Every Voice, let us strive toward building supportive environments that promote communication, ownership, and teamwork. Safety is not just physical; it’s also psychological. If we focus on creating safe environments where people can express their ideas, needs, and concerns without fear of judgment or repercussions, we will build stronger teams that work safely. A STRONG SAFETY CULTURE EMPOWERS AND VALUES EVERY VOICE. #ConstructionSafetyWeek #SafetyWeek #WeAreLeaders
