This person will be responsible for managing all of The Stoudamire’s programming and personnel; developing and executing our membership engagement strategy; and working collaboratively with ECN’s other departments to execute our programming objectives. The Lower Eastside Action Plan (LEAP) Steering Committee is a body of elected resident leaders who work collaboratively to build the resilience of Detroit’s eastside communities, by supporting and driving initiatives that align with the goals of LEAP and residents living in LEAP neighborhoods. Each year, residents like you elect a new slate of LEAP Steering Committee members. These committee members commit to fully participating in and attending bi-monthly committee meetings; decision-making on behalf of LEAP residents; representing the LEAP Coalition at community and city meetings; resource sharing; and supporting the work of the LEAP Coalition.
