Meet Macie, our corporate fleet director’s 5-year-old granddaughter, who brightened our day with her big imagination and even bigger heart! For her Pre-K class’s "Drive-In Movie Day," families were asked to help their kids build a car out of cardboard. When Macie's dad asked what kind of car she wanted, she had the perfect answer — a trash truck (inspired by the kid's show, Trash Truck ✨ 🛻)! Macie also asked her parents to make room for a second seat in case another child didn’t have one 💚. We love seeing the next generation inspired by the best profession in the world 😉 Maybe we’ve got a future driver in the making?

We’re committed to growing that percentage, and celebrate the incredible women who keep our industry moving forward.
