Managing Director of NA (North America) the title sounds impressive but essentially what it means is I have a large market to manage. Couple that with working for a global company the challenges around time zones, meetings, and client needs are never just 9-5. I can’t believe a decade has passed since we took Elevate Global to the US! Elevate Global US is 10!! 🥳🎈 Starting off as a team of 3, the move to the US was definitely a journey – but I’m now so glad we took the plunge. I’m often asked about how we made the hop over the pond and drove success; it wasn't easy, but it was worth it! Lots of travel, late nights and lessons along the way...
