Switch on your leaders - transform your business

About us

We are Elevayte and we exist to switch on your leaders and transform your business. We help you scale by ensuring you have the leaders you need for today and tomorrow. We’re a team of founders, entrepreneurs, coaches and leaders with passion, expertise and experience in high growth environments. The Exec and ‘golden layer’ of leaders below this level are essential for ensuring the scalability, sustainability and profitability of the business. To deliver results you need leaders who are strategic, proactive, accountable and aligned. Too often, leaders are stuck in the weeds, working in silos, failing to prioritise, and unable to focus on what matters most. Here’s how we’re different: Anti-training philosophy – Training is “done” to people. We believe in empowering leaders to drive their own development. Solid Foundations – We partner to set up the foundations needed for a culture of development. Agile by design – Evolving with your business. Our programmes are flexible and adapt to your changing needs. Built with you – Tailored development aligned with your mission and goals for maximum impact. Focus Matters – Simplifying the Complex. We help you identify what truly matters and pursue it effectively. The outcome? Leaders who drive strategy, think cross-functionally, and take ownership to build a sustainable, high-performance culture. 🌱 We support our clients in three main ways: - Elevayte Academy: Supercharge your golden layer of leaders - Team Coaching: Create a high performing Exec team - 1:1 Coaching: Intensive individual development at scale To scale your business you need to scale your people. That’s why we built Elevayte. Let’s talk. info@elevayte.co

Without these four things, your leadership development programme is probably going to fail. 🔍 1. Alignment: Gather context on your key strategic priorities, vision, goals and the next major business milestone. If you're looking to fundraise in the next 12-months, everyone should be aligned on how this leadership programme is going to enable these goals. 🗒️ 2. Define: Create a clear definition of success that is specific to your business. This brings clarity on the ‘why’ for leaders, teams and programme participants. Top tip: Tie success criteria to key business objectives and priorities. 📣 3. Engage: Engage your exec and leaders through every step of the process so they are fully brought into the why, what, and how of their development. 🧮 4. Measure: Because how do you know if it's successful if you don't measure it right? The key here is that whatever metrics you choose to measure should also define the areas of capability you target for development (and vice versa). If you take the time to set up the programme for success, you'll thank yourself further down the line. However, high-growth environments are stressful, chaotic and ever-changing. Be agile and adaptable to the changing needs of your leaders and business whilst also keeping the outcomes you're looking to drive top of mind. ☎️ If you want to pick our brains about leadership development, get in touch. We'd be happy to chat. Phil Bolton MCC Kusia Pell Burju Erdem Tuanui Tipene

📊 Measuring leadership development without meaningful metrics is just wishful thinking. Historically, leadership development feedback has centred around NPS scores, survey results, and verbal/written comments. Whilst interesting, they don't hit the nail on the head. 🔨 💡 How about behavioural observation, improved performance and increased attainment of strategic KPIs? The goal of developing leaders is to improve business outcomes - so, let's measure these outcomes. This is why the upfront work of designing leadership programmes that understand the context, strategic goals, priorities and KPIs of a business is critical. 🎯 It allows you to target the right areas and measure the impact. We call this 'Laying the Foundations' and we're releasing a full playbook on how to do this in the next week. Let us know in the comments if you'd like a copy. P.S. How do you measure the impact of your people initiatives? Kusia Pell Phil Bolton MCC Tuanui Tipene Burju Erdem

👏 A huge congratulations to the Techspace team for launching their new Goswell Road location in Farringdon. Originally an iconic Tanqueray Gordon & Co Gin Distillery in the 18th century, the building has been transformed into a stunning new office space. We're thrilled to continue our partnership with Techspace. At the heart of our relationship is the belief that creating spaces for genuine connection, thought-provoking discussions, and real-world solutions drives innovation in the people space. 🤔 Why Does This Partnership Matter? In today’s fast-evolving workplace, having partners who not only understand your vision but also actively contribute to bringing it to life is crucial. We always hammer home the importance of a growth mindset with the amazing ScaleUp leaders we work with, and we believe this absolutely applies to business relationships too. 📅 We're collaborating again over the autumn to help transform their building into a hotspot for inspiring stories, fresh connections, and hot takes on hot topics. Come along, check out these events alongside their amazing new Goswell Road offices, and connect with not just People People, but a range of amazing human beings from across the high-growth space. 🚨 Information on all these epic events in the comments. What an incredible day ❤️ Yesterday we were joined by a fantastic group of Chief People Officers, VPs, and Senior People Leaders from across the high-growth space for the Elevayte x Techspace annual People Summit, and the energy was nothing short of electric. ⚡ Here’s a quick recap of the key highlights from the day: 🗣 Panel Discussion: We kicked off with an all-star panel featuring three amazing CPeOs, Alan Cairns, Hanna Lindén, and Sarah Fern, as well as the investor perspective from Elena Pantazi. Key takeaways included: Clear Expectations = Stronger Teams: When expectations are set early, people can choose whether they fit, resulting in more aligned, high-performing teams. The Culture of “Nice” Needs a Makeover: The panel dove into how to give tough, direct feedback while maintaining kindness. Adopting a Commercial Mindset: Understanding the business's P&L is now a critical part of the people leader skill set. You must demonstrate the commercial impact of people initiatives. 💡 World Café: Our second session saw leaders moving between tables, discussing how to embed high performance and values into everyday company culture. From using custom emojis for company values to data-driven self-development, the ideas flowed. Key ideas included: Leadership Alignment: Without a united C-Suite vision for high performance, nothing sticks. Continuous Learning: Learning should be both top-down and bottom-up, because growth happens everywhere, not just at the top. Pilot Programs for Change: Want to test new learning behaviours? Start small with pilot programs, gather feedback, and then scale. 👥 1:1 Peer Coaching: We wrapped up with peer coaching, where participants paired up one-to-one with someone at a similar stage in their career to discuss their biggest challenges, gripes and give each other advice. No notes here - Chatham House Rules of course. 🤔 What Made the Day Special? It wasn’t just the topics—it was the openness, engagement, and willingness to tackle difficult conversations. We hope everyone left with real-world world solutions ready to implement immediately. A huge thank you to our partner Techspace, our speakers, and of course, all the amazing attendees. If you missed this one—don’t worry, more are on the way. 🔥 Kusia Pell Phil Bolton MCC Burju Erdem Tuanui Tipene Philip Ellis Tessa Lin Wang Kim Stringer
