Last week, we hosted the Ema Leadership Retreat, and we’re all feeling recharged on so many levels. Cape Cod was the perfect backdrop for connecting with teammates, both old and new. The energy of being together in such a great place allowed us to hit our biggest goal for the retreat—planning for 2025 and beyond. There’s just something about being in person that Zoom can’t compete with—creative juices were flowing, thinking caps were on, and bonds were forming. A special shoutout to our amazing leadership team and advisors who came from near and far (South America!!). We wouldn’t be where we are without all of you. Thank you for helping make Ema the best AI and company ever. To all the team members that couldn't make it - we missed you and we will see you at the next one! We believe putting the power of accessibility and health data into the hands of the patient is the key to faster diagnosis and sooner treatment. There are so many steps in the pathway of care before diagnosis, and Ema is there with the patient building a long-term relation for every step of that pathway of care, especially before diagnosis. “Integration of AI into health care holds great promise as a tool to help medical professionals diagnose patients faster, allowing them to start treatment sooner,” said NLM Acting Director, Stephen Sherry, Ph.D. “However, as this study shows, AI is not advanced enough yet to replace human experience, which is crucial for accurate diagnosis.” https://lnkd.in/gXcnK4Cq #HealthTech #aiandhealth #AI #WomensHealth #Innovation

The Ema Team had an incredible time at #NYTechWeek where Amanda Ducach was invited to speak at a Roundtable on the Future of Women’s Health alongside Noel Pugh with Lōvu Health and Athena Doshi with Celeste. The companies and the inspiring women leading them always leave us feeling energized. We’re grateful for the opportunity to connect with such powerful forces in the industry. Special shout-out to Naseem Sayani (she/her) with Emmeline Ventures , Fenwick & West, HearstLab, Rebecca Minkoff & The Female Founder Collective, and Springbank for hosting such incredible events. Walking away from this week with some new intros, partners, and opportunities, and we are so excited for what’s to come. #womenintech #femtech #aiandhealthcare #aiandwomenshealth #womenshealth #artificialintelligence #femalefounders Amanda Ducach Karishma Patel Morgan Rose

🌟 Exciting news from sunny Scottsdale, AZ! 🌵 Yesterday, I had the honor of presenting our groundbreaking collaboration at the Stanford University Hoover Institution Retreat. 🎤✨ 🤝 Free to Feed is thrilled to join forces with The Hoover Institution, Stanford University and Ema - The AI for Women in a monumental effort to bridge the gap between parental reports and medical diagnoses of food allergies in children. This partnership is the backbone of our capstone project, "Improving Outcomes for Food-Allergic Children," spearheaded by our team of scientists and providers and supported by Stanford’s Data Science for Social Good Program and the brilliant Dr. Miguel Esteban Villarreal Rodriguez, MD. 📚🔬 🚀 We are harnessing the power of AI, leveraging our extensive research data on infant food reactivity, to develop a tool that promises to revolutionize how we identify and manage childhood food allergies. Ema, designed as a companion and educator, will offer personalized, evidence-based insights and assessments on allergies, seamlessly integrating into Free to Feed's model to enhance accessibility and provide support. 👏🏻 Our mission at Free to Feed is to empower parents with the knowledge and tools they need to provide safe nutrition for their babies, fostering a nurturing environment for healthy growth and development. 🫂 This partnership aims to expand Free to Feed's impact by reaching more families while ensuring privacy, trust, and empowerment at its core.
