Empire Core is looking to hire an Assistant Project Manager. The Assistant Project Manager reports and is a supporting role to the Sr. Project Manager/Project Manager and/or Superintendent on all phases and aspects of the project. The APM will have frequent communication and interaction with the project’s owner, consultants, and sub-contractor base. Under the guidance of a Sr. PM/PM, the APM is responsible for managing project administration (preparation of RFP’s, RFI’s, contracts, change orders, meeting minutes, etc.) The APM provides support to the project’s lead PM and Superintendent for all cost, schedule, and design-related tasks. APMs’ play a key role in the project structure by bridging the gap between office, field personnel and ownership.
