An unforgettable evening at Santi, where Chef Michael White and Bruce Bronster hosted a VIP dinner to celebrate the new flagship Italian restaurant at 520 Madison Avenue in Midtown under BBianco Hospitality LLC.   An eclectic mix of guests—from Kehinde Wiley, who marked his birthday upstairs, to Alexis Bittar, Bo Dietl, Robert Kapito, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Cedric Vongerichten, JJ Johnson, Alex Guarnaschelli, Markus Glocker, Camari Mick, and Jennifer Vitagliano—gathered for an unforgettable evening.   The menu included Chef White’s signature crudos, indulgent pastas like Busiate with truffle and mushroom, and a sweet finish of pistachio tarts.   A truly remarkable night at Santi—one that sets the tone for what’s to come.
