Remote and hybrid work isn’t going away. So how is the new way of working affecting new hires? It’s not looking good. In our new research, we found that even the basics, like making sure paperwork is filled out so new hires are paid on time and enrolled in benefits, are getting missed. Eighty percent of on-site new hires said their paperwork was completed on time vs. only 68% for remote and 73% for hybrid workers.
