Autry C. Stephens, 1938-2024: Our beloved friend and leader with the unshakeable spirit of a true wildcatter. We knew him as humble but lionhearted. Resolute but kind. Razor-sharp dry wit delivered with a sparkle in his eye. He changed lives for the better, elevating the trajectory of Permian communities, families, and workforce. We're forever grateful and truly blessed to have been part of the Autry Stephens story. It's been an honor and a privilege. Autry, thank you for leading Team Endeavor so well. In loving memory of Autry: https://lnkd.in/ewVyNGFg

What a summer it's been! We're sending off our final class of Endeavor interns and couldn't have asked for a better crew. It's been a privilege to mentor, train, work alongside, and befriend some of the industry's best and brightest young minds. We're beyond proud of all they've accomplished and contributed to Team Endeavor these last 12 weeks. The future looks bright for the next generation with these energy trailblazers leading the way. To our 15 interns: Thank you for choosing to share your summer with us! We wish you Godspeed in your future endeavors as you continue to #ReachHigherDigDeeper!

Intern project presentations took place this week, and our students delivered! Endeavor leadership and employees were treated to an afternoon immersed in recapping what our interns learned, explored, and discovered this summer. We give a huge word of gratitude to our 2024 mentors, supervisors, and other servant leaders on our team who devoted time and energy to coaching, teaching, professionally developing, and sharing Endeavor's culture with the crew over the past few months. This summer wouldn't have been possible without you!

A summer internship in the powerhouse of US energy wouldn't be complete without a rig tour! Under beautiful blue skies, our students spent the morning exploring this industry icon up close and in full swing, learning from seasoned drilling professionals along the way. Up next: Project presentations!

Endeavor has been a dedicated supporter of Keep Midland Beautiful for years. Our 8-acre Adopt-A-Spot initiative saw EER employees collecting around 200 gallons of trash from downtown on Friday. A big thank you to all who joined us for a morning of enhancing Midland’s beauty and having a great time together.

Happy National Intern Day! In a first-ever event for Endeavor's internship program, we hosted a frac site tour for our students this summer! Industry frontline workers shared expert insight into this process which streamlines and maximizes oil volume from drilled wells. The group gained an exclusive, on-the-ground glimpse into this data- and safety-driven technology which enhances American energy to fuel our communities. A huge shout out to EER's Completion team who stepped up to offer this terrific experience for our 2024 intern crew!

Endeavor returned as a sponsor for the Permian Basin Association of Pipeliners (PBAP) Annual Golf Tournament! Our Senior Projects Foreman, Robert Davis, serves on the PBAP Board of Directors, helping to advance pipeline engineering, operations, safety practices, and education. PBAP has awarded hundreds of thousands in scholarships and grants to students and community organizations in the Permian Basin, supporting the future of skilled craftsmen in oil field trades. We’re honored to support such a worthy cause and contribute to the growth and safety of our industry!

We're proud of our team's energy and motivation to personally serve our community. We love sharing this piece of Endeavor culture with our interns and leading by example! Recently, our people rolled up their sleeves at the West Texas Food Bank, sorting and packing boxes to feed local families in need. It was a great morning volunteering side by side for an amazing organization and cause.
