We would like to recognize one of our employees, Nicole Phillips. Nicole joined the ESFS family as part of the Cabrera acquisition in March 2024. Using her experience in Enterprise Resource Planning implementations, Process Improvement/Change Management, and Enterprise Reporting and Accounting, she created the role of project accountant at Cabrera, creating and implementing many of the company’s project control procedures and processes. She supported many projects and eventually became the Project Accounting Manager. She managed Cabrera’s ERP system and broadband devices. Nicole will continue to provide project accounting and controls support to ESFS and will support ESFS management in implementing project accounting and control procedures and processes. “Since coming onboard in March, Nicole exemplifies what a team member should be, spending countless hours ensuring a successful conversion of systems while cheerfully assisting others with numerous new processes,” says Jennifer Price VP of Finance. More importantly than her work successes, Nicole lives with her 2 sons in New York and volunteers in many organizations in her town; giving back to her community is one of her greatest pleasures. She is currently Chairman of the Board for her town’s Annual Street Fair Committee, a member of her town’s Chamber of Commerce, and teaches classes at her local Church. She also enjoys hiking, gardening, traveling and softball. “Nicole has been an outstanding addition to the ESFS organization and has been instrumental in delivering several critical transition and execution activities,” says James Miller SVP EnergySolutions Federal Services. Please join us in recognizing Nicole.
