A collection of viewpoints from inspiring women, including a contribution from our co-founder Georgina Phillips. 'Prioritise what matters to you' is the title of Georgina's piece. She discusses the balance between running a business and motherhood and the unreal expectation of 'having it all'. In her essay she explains: "I wish that the whole women can 'have it all' promise wasn't so prevalent, because it's impossible to aspire to. It's an unhealthy narrative. It's important instead to decide what you should and want to focus on and be true to yourself in making that a priority." 2025 has begun with a focus on collaboration, and I'm so pleased to be joining up with a number of amazing women on three exciting projects to raise funds for the important and vital work of Women's Aid Federation of England 📚 More Things I Wish I'd Known, the second collection of essays by women, sharing what they've learnt along the way, will be published to coincide with International Women's Day. Having just put the finishing touches to the manuscript, I can tell you that the essays are just wonderful. I am so grateful to all the women who have so openly shared their reflections in moving, poignant, thought-provoking, and uplifting essays. 🗣️ I'm also so excited to be working with two fantastic women - Bridgit Richards and Gemma Brown (PCC) - on Lift Up, Power On, a special webinar taking place on 10th March. The session will feature highlights from More Things I Wish I'd Known, and I will share some of the brilliant words from the amazing contributors. There will also be thoughts and ideas on becoming the leader of your own life, and short exercises to reconnect with your inner self and intuition.
