In cooperation with its success partners – ANOPC and Technip, as well as the sister company, PETROJET- Enppi achieved a distinguished accomplishment in the field of HSE by implementing the highest performance standards in accordance with HSE requirements during the execution of Assiut Hydrocracking Complex Project for Assiut National Oil Processing Co.(ANOPC) resulting in the achievement of TWENTY MILLION (20,000,000) Safe Working Man Hours without Lost Time Injuries (LTIs). This achievement reflects Enppi’s commitment to implement HSE requirements in all its business line activities and along all the phases of the project, in addition to reflecting its Top Management's embrace of HSE policies. Moreover, Technip Energies praised the distinguished performance of the project team and awarded Enppi a recognition certificate for this honorable achievement. H. E. Eng. Karim Badawi, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources MOPMR - Egypt, inaugurated the third edition of the Egypt Mining Forum (EMF) today. The event was attended by Dr. Saleh Al-Kharabsheh, Jordan's Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Ambassador Mariam Al-Kaabi, UAE Ambassador to Cairo, along with the heads and officials of major local and international mining companies, international financial institutions in addition to experts and specialists. In his opening speech, H. E. emphasized the significant potential of the Egyptian mining sector, strongly supported by the economic reform program. He outlined the key steps targeted to harness this potential, noting ongoing collaborations with various ministries and agencies in the new government to establish a regulatory framework that fosters an attractive investment climate in the mining sector. H. E. highlighted that efforts are underway to expedite decision-making and investments, with the launch of the Egypt Mining Portal, a digital investment platform, which will be trialed during this forum and fully operational by the end of the year. On July 13th, 2024, the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) hosted a seminar on corporate culture transformation at its College of Engineering headquarters. The event was moderated by Dr. Raafat Youssef Shehata, under the patronage of Dr. Mona Qadri, Dean of the College of Business Administration. Eng. Wael Lotfy Moustafa, Chairman & CEO of Enppi, highlighted Enppi commitment to evolve its corporate culture to keep pace with changes in the energy and petroleum sectors, stressing the importance of aligning new recruits with the company’s culture. Numerous of CEOs and leaders from both international and Egyptian companies attended the seminar. The seminar explored the essential role of corporate culture in shaping the work environment, noting that it consists of behaviors, attitudes and interactions that often emanate from top management. It also examined the impact of company policies, transparency and incentive programs on corporate culture. Discussions covered the challenges of managing cultural change, strategies for eliminating negative workplace cultures and the importance of fostering a positive corporate culture to enhance employee loyalty and performance.
