With our Environment Discovery feature, customers can automatically generate new environments directly from their Git repositories while preserving their existing directory structures and adhering to industry standards. Environment Discovery helps you maintain a directory-based structure in your Version Control System (VCS) as a single source of truth. When opening PRs, it automatically creates, plans, and deploys environments to env0, following Terraform/Terragrunt best practices for organizing environments. The latest upgrade to Environment Discovery simplifies onboarding existing environments into env0, making the process faster and more efficient. You can now bulk-add existing environments without needing to rebuild them from scratch. When a directory is added through a PR, env0 automatically detects it, generates a plan, and posts a status check for instant feedback on the PR. Once the PR is reviewed, approved, and merged, env0 will apply the plan, streamlining your environment management with minimal disruption to your workflow.

Partial Deployments via Workflows 🪙 Partial Workflow Deployment enables the redeployment or removal of specific portions of a workflow's graph as needed, without requiring a complete top-to-bottom deployment each time. Here are a few use case examples: Failed Deployment: When managing deployments, you want to rerun only the failed components, including their dependent sub-trees, without restarting the entire process. Deploying a single workspace without its sub-tree: Sometimes, environments are modified manually, and it's important to deploy specific parts without affecting other related components. Development Cycles: During development, it's important to test individual components without deploying their entire sub-tree. After each partial deployment, the workflow's status and resources are reevaluated to ensure consistency. The three options for Partial Workflow Deployment are: Run From Here: Initiates deployment from a specific point in the workflow. Single Sub-Environment Redeploy: Redeploys a particular sub-environment. Single Sub-Environment Destroy: Removes a specific sub-environment for testing purposes. Env0 enables you to effortlessly manage cloud deployments in conjunction with your application development pipelines. Utilize our Infrastructure as Code (IaC) CI, deployment history tracking, workflow triggers, visual change outputs, and additional features to streamline and enhance your deployment process.
