🎉 Teamwork & Tiny Hats 🎉 Yesterday, our leadership team dove into another all-day EOS session! We’ve been at this for over a year now, and it’s safe to say we’re getting pretty good at it—if not at fitting Mark with the right-sized hat! 😆 These quarterly sessions keep us sharp and focused on growth, not just for Sentry Commercial but for the clients and community we serve. Between serious strategy chats and some goofy moments, it’s clear we’re hitting our stride as a team. It’s all about showing up for each other and for you—delivering a commercial real estate experience that’s both professional and a bit of fun. We are so grateful for everything René has done for us and our community 🧡 From the very beginning, he was a pillar of our original family, shaping and growing alongside us through every challenge and success. His dedication, wisdom, and heart have left an incredible mark on our team and company culture. You’ve been more than a colleague, Rene' Boer, you’ve been a mentor, a friend, and an inspiration to us all. As you embark on this well-deserved new chapter, know that you’ve built a legacy that will continue to inspire. Thank you for everything you’ve given to us. We wish you all the joy, relaxation, and adventure that retirement can bring. You’ve earned it! Please join us in celebrating René! 🧡

Yesterday, at the Chicago Collaborative Exchange, we gathered to honor the incredible legacy of our dear friend, Rene' Boer, as he prepares for retirement from EOS Worldwide. For an hour and a half, we shared stories, lessons learned, and unforgettable memories. There was laughter, there were tears, and by the end, not a single dry eye in the room. This is what true leadership leaves behind—a legacy that touches lives deeply and inspires others. In Chicago, we’re profoundly grateful for René—not just for pioneering what we now know as MCEs, but for the positive impact he’s had on each of us. May we all be so fortunate to leave such a legacy when our own EOS journey concludes. 🧡

You need a leader who can rally your team around your ideas to execute for impact and profit | Overcome obstacles and unify action to scale your business | Science based approach to hiring for aptitude and cultural fit

Last week, I had the privilege of attending the VI Duo Summit and heard from some truly inspiring and insightful speakers. Sue Hawkes delivered a powerful closing keynote and even referenced my workshop during her presentation, for which I’m incredibly grateful. One of her standout messages that resonated with me was, “Your job as Visionaries and Integrators is to amplify the greatness in each other.” During Michèle Hecken session, she shared this powerful insight "the reason why we don't take more days off and work less in our business is guilt, fear, and uncertainty." Mark C. Winters also shared his impactful CPIF Formula—Commitment, Power, Impact, and Freedom—providing a powerful framework for success. Shannon Waller's session, "When the Who is You: Mastering the Visionary-Integrator Relationship," emphasized the importance of Integrators requesting an Impact Filter from Visionaries. One of her memorable slides highlighted this with the phrase, “Dan, that’s a fascinating idea. I can’t wait for your Impact Filter on that!” Go Cathy DavisStrategic Coach   Feeling incredibly grateful for these invaluable insights and energized to continue applying them. Huge thanks to EOS Worldwide for bringing together such an amazing group of people!

The entrepreneurial life is a disciplined life, and “Shine” lays out 10 solid disciplines. I’ve followed Gino’s work very closely the last 6 years and read every book he’s published. For those who use EOS Worldwide in your business, you’ll find you’re already implementing some of the disciplines. Before diving into the disciplines, Gino and Rob Dube first focus on what they consider the foundational work that allows you to understand, value, and achieve the disciplines. It is definitely a two-part book and you may be temped to skip straight to the disciplines in the back half, but it’s worth reading the first half. Here are the 10 disciplines: 1. 10-year thinking 2. Take time off 3. Know thyself 4. Be still 5. Know your 100% 6. Say no … often 7. Don’t do $25/hour work 8. Prepare every night 9. Put everything in one place 10. Be humble If any of these stick out to you as disciplines you need to implement, grab a copy of “Shine.”
