And having a purpose inspires everyone to care more and provide true and sincere hospitality to others. At Epiphany Farms, we host pre-shift meeting EVERYDAY before we start the service. All scheduled staff gather, check mise en place, guests details of birthdays and anniversaries, menu changes, service notes. Through this time, we are ready for the demanding service and everyone understands the goal and expectation. Twice a year we close the restaurants to gather and share our company ideology, importance of farm to table - why we do what we do, current projects, future plans and goals. Yesterday was our fall gathering at the farm. We invited all, toured the farm, divided into small groups to learn wine services, hospitality, gardening tactics, game changer new garlic processing setup, how to sharpen the knife with wet stone and shared some exciting projects and plans for the upcoming year. We celebrated our team and recognized some super stars who are dedicated and care so much. I know you missed us not having pizza, sushi, that roasted chicken 😉 and we thank you always for your support! Our team is ready to end this year goooooood!!! 🙌
