Yesterday was an exciting day for our leader Faye Bodyke, LEED AP! Faye Bodyke, representing Equity Construction Solutions , engaged with students at Circleville City Schools Middle School in an inspiring outreach event aimed at introducing young minds to the myriad opportunities available in the construction industry. Bodyke's presentation sparked interest and enthusiasm, providing students with a firsthand look at the diverse career paths they could pursue in construction. The highlight of the event was an interactive Kahoot! game that tested students' knowledge of the construction field. Special recognition goes to Savannah, who demonstrated exceptional insight and skill, winning the game with impressive knowledge of industry topics. Her enthusiasm and expertise were a great reminder of the bright talent emerging in our community. "It was fantastic to connect with the students and see their eagerness to learn about our industry," said Bodyke. "We’re excited about the potential of these young individuals to join and shape the future of construction." Builders Exchange remains committed to promoting education and career readiness through outreach programs and looks forward to inspiring even more students across Ohio.

Yesterday we had the absolute pleasure of hosting a groundbreaking ceremony with Miami Trace High School and SHP. We broke ground on Miami Trace High School's new Wellness Center, which will include mental health services, area recovery services, and alternative schooling classrooms. Senior Living community. A steel lifting ceremony marks the end of a building's structural phase and the beginning of the next phase of construction.
