Senior Living community. A steel lifting ceremony marks the end of a building's structural phase and the beginning of the next phase of construction. Watch as Equity Commercial Real Estate Solutions, Equity Construction Solutions, and Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc.(ADS), the anchor tenant at TruePointe, place the final steel beam for the new ADS headquarters. On the last day of #ConstructionSafetyWeek, we're showcasing our Caliber Collision project: a new 12,100 square foot facility in Mentor, Ohio. Tony La Torre, Nick Hoptry, and shawn moss are responsible for this ground-up construction project. Equity Construction Solutions safety practices for this project in its initial phases include executing our standard procedure of capping rebar. Rebar, short for reinforcing bar, is a steel bar or mesh used to reinforce concrete structures. The exposed ends of rebar can be sharp, posing a risk of impalement or cuts to workers. Placing caps on the ends of the rebar safely prevents potential injuries. Effective safety culture is achieved when each team member makes the right choices, not only because it's the correct course of action, but also out of accountability for their own safety and that of their colleagues. #ConstructionSafetyWeek #OhioContractor (not actual rendering shown)

We're more than halfway through #ConstructionSafetyWeek and today, we're highlighting our redevelopment project for the Golden Bear Shopping Center. This project, located in Upper Arlington, Ohio, consists of a five-story mixed-use building with over 70 residential units, retail/restaurant spaces, and a mix of structured and surface parking spaces. Our Equity Construction Solutions team working on this project includes Tony La Torre, Jordan Mickley, Shawn DeLong, shawn moss, Anthony DeAngelis and Surejya Prakash Gowda. While the project is still in its initial phase, our team will implement safety measures to address traditional construction hazards, such as temporary fencing, safety training, and appropriate job site attire. We will also incorporate best practices, including excellent communication, to ensure a safer and more productive work environment for everyone. #OhioContractor #JobSiteSafety
