We are thrilled to announce Gary Pollard’s promotion to Chief Human Resource and Business Operations Officer of Synergos Companies (our parent company). Gary joined Synergos in 2020 from a sister Asahi Kasei company in the Pharmaceutical Segment following years of private and consulting HR work. He brought with him an ability to develop and implement strategies that support growing and changing organizations, which has been instrumental in the strategic development of our company structure, governance, and cultural approach as we strive to be the employer of choice in our industry. As the first female foreman in the CA division, I consider it a great honor and privilege to contribute to the construction industry, which I am deeply passionate about. My journey within the construction field with Erickson Framing began as a carpenter helper back in 2021, and, within my first year, I progressed to the role of foreman. What inspired me to work in construction is my father who I admire and is a foreman as well. Alondra Mendoza joined Erickson Framing Arizona in 2021, initially taking on the role of Administrative Assistant. In less than a year, her passion for learning and meticulous approach to her work earned her a well-deserved promotion to Construction Coordinator. In this role, she plays a pivotal part in numerous aspects of the homebuilding process, including placing Purchase Orders with Suppliers, processing Starts from our Builders, and efficiently resolving payment discrepancies. Her dedication and proficiency significantly contribute to the seamless operation of our projects. -- Alondra Mendoza se unió a Erickson Framing Arizona en 2021, asumiendo inicialmente el rol de Asistente Administrativa. En menos de un año, su pasión por aprender y su enfoque meticuloso en su trabajo le valieron un merecido ascenso a Coordinadora de Construcción.
