We are proud to announce that Essex Mortgage is now the master servicer for a new product that allows your sales offices to work with consumers who do not qualify for traditional financing (including those with ITINs.) You and your Realtor partners can still get them into a home with the opportunity to obtain equitable title after a time. It's an FHA based product that your company will originate and sell to Essex servicing released.
