We're inspiring students by combining STEM with sports 🏎️ Twenty-seven Daytona Beach area high school students in STEM programs got to experience a behind-the-scenes look at IMSA at Daytona International Speedway. "STEM is really a critical element and core to our business - science, math, technology and engineering - IMSA lives and breathes it." - Eric Albrecht, Senior Director of Partnership Marketing & Business Development, IMSA - International Motor Sports Association Students got hands-on experience testing tire treads, learning about technical inspections, and touring garages. Through this partnership, we're not only developing future fans, but more importantly, future engineers. One teacher shared, "Thank you guys so much for having us out. I know my students enjoyed the presentations, and some have started considering other options in careers than they were looking at before." ⭐
