Mike Spreadborough and Henk Ludik resigned from the Board. • #EV1's Chief Executive Officer, Phil Hoskins, and Grany Dyker, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, both tendered their resignations during the quarter. • Treadstone Resource Partners continues to coordinate and broaden the Company’s ongoing strategic investor process, aiming to secure additional financing support for the development of Chilalo. • ARCH completed its Tranche 2 investment for $1.33 million and now holds a 25.31% interest in the Company. #ASXNews Evolution Energy Minerals is pleased to announce the identification of Copper-Lead-Zinc mineralisation, named the Chikundo VHMS prospect, within the Chilalo Graphite Project area in southeast Tanzania. - Recent field work has identified shallow artisanal workings located less than 4.5km SW of the planned Chilalo plant site, showing evidence of malachite as well as possible #chalcopyrite mineralisation. - A detailed geochemical analysis of historical soil samples, collected by IMX Resources between 2011 and 2014, has confirmed the area as an encouraging Volcanic Hosted Massive Sulphide (VHMS) style Cu-Pb-Zn prospect, with values up to 5,800ppm Cu at surface. - The Chikundo prospect is currently over 1.5km long and the geochemical anomaly demonstrates the classic criteria for a VHMS deposit. - Associated Pathfinder elements indicate that the anomaly may be still open to the southwest. NEXT STEPS - Geological mapping, soil sampling, and trenching programs to both infill and potentially extend the current Cu-Pb-Zn anomalies. - Geophysical modelling of ground Fixed Loop Electromagnetic (FLEM) or airborne VTEM conductors, with the aim of identifying VHMS targets hidden by graphite conductors. - Targeted Reverse Circulation (RC) #drilling to test the extent, depth and continuity of the mineralisation. #EV1's Chairman, Robin Birchall, commented: “I am delighted to be able to announce this exciting new Copper discovery, as an allied battery metal on our tenements. via Proactive Evolution Energy Minerals advances swiftly toward Final Investment Decision for Chilalo Graphite Project ➖ #EV1 has undertaken a review of the Chilalo Graphite Project’s updated definitive feasibility study (DFS) as discussions progress with financing options, ensuring the assumptions underpinning the DFS are still relevant. The review confirmed EV1’s DFS is still economically sound and highlighted several cost and operational improvement options as the company moves toward a Final Investment Decision (FID) for Chilalo. Evolution is now considering using the closer Mtwara Port once infrastructure there is suitably advanced, an integrated gas and solar power solution, and upcycling the project’s tailings waste into geo-stable building material. EV1 is interested in Pure New World’s patented tailings encapsulation technology, which turns mining waste products into an alternative to concrete, offering powerful environmental opportunities.
