A powerful, thought-provoking campaign from #Barbie! 👇 The Dream Gap refers to the disparity between young girls' boundless aspirations and their actual potential, which is often restricted by societal biases rather than their own abilities. These biases, both conscious and unconscious, begin to limit girls' dreams from a young age. The Barbie Dream Gap Project is dedicated to closing this gap by challenging gender stereotypes and dismantling the biases that hinder girls' growth.
