We hosted a Community of Practice session today with dedicated ESC staff responsible for recruiting and retaining educators to Ohio’s workforce—for their own organizations and their member districts. Today’s topic was Cracking the Retention Code: Collecting Data-Driven Insights with Stay Interviews.
