Cosm has its fourth US location: Detroit. Joins LA, Dallas, Atlanta. Dan Gilbert's Bedrock Detroit is developing the venue within the 1.5M-sq-ft 'Development at Cadillac Square' downtown (Gilbert is also a Cosm investor). ROSSETTI designing.
