FUN and POWERFUL TIP for YOU!!! 60-𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫-𝐮𝐩: 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐞-𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞 is here!! BEFORE you walk into that next meeting or start chatting with a colleague or client, 𝘨𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘨𝘪𝘧𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 60 𝘴𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘴. Why? Because a quick mental tune-up can be the difference between a killer convo and a 'meh' moment. Think of it like: 1) 𝐆𝐏𝐒-𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐚 𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲: You wouldn’t head into an unknown part of town without your trusty GPS. Think of this 60 seconds as your mental map—plotting out where you’re going, who’s joining the ride, and the best route to hit all the must-see spots (aka, goals!). 2) 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐜𝐮𝐩 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞: You don’t just grab beans and pour hot water—there’s a method! Think of this like selecting the perfect roast: What vibe will your 'audience' appreciate? What flavor (questions) will really hit home? And what's your goal—a quick espresso shot (efficiency!) or a slow brew (deep dive)? 3)𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐦-𝐮𝐩 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐨𝐮𝐭: You wouldn’t jump into a full sprint without a quick stretch, right? Same goes for your meeting prep—get the muscles (or in this case, your mind) ready for action. What do they need? What do you need? Boom. Now you're set to crush it. Take a 60-Second Power-Up before your next convo and watch the magic happen!

Want to know the one thing top sales pros and leaders do differently? Well, it's not just about closing deals, it’s about asking the right questions 𝐀𝐍𝐃 listening. We recently had the chance to chat with Anthony Siblall, Vice President of Strategic Development at Premier Tech, and it was packed with leadership gold! We love these insights! First off, Anthony shared how automation at Premier Tech isn’t about taking jobs—it’s about 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞. Machines can take on the heavy lifting (literally) so your people can focus on more valuable tasks. Then, he dropped a gem about 𝘣𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘩 𝘦𝘺𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘰𝘭𝘷𝘦 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘴. His advice? 𝐃𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐚𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩! Sometimes experts (like, ahem, us 😉) can spot things that your team might miss. And no, it doesn’t mean you’re less capable, it’s about 𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳. And lastly, Anthony highlighted the power of listening. We’re all guilty of jumping to solutions too soon, right? 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐋 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝. Listening isn't just a skill—it’s the secret sauce for empathy and lasting relationships. Want to dig deeper? Check out the full blog on our website (link in comments), where we share actionable leadership tips you can implement 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐧𝐨𝐰—and we even threw in some fun ways to bring these ideas to life with your team! 💡 Thanks, Anthony Siblall! We loved the lessons on #trust we learned from Christopher Elder of Elder Construction, Inc. An oldie, but a goodie... "Trust each other with your lives. Trust each other with the money." That’s not just a quote—it’s the mantra Chris Elder, his twin brother Patrick Elder, and their lifelong friend Austin live by. Their entrepreneurial journey is built on this rare kind of trust, forged over 30 years. But trust alone isn't the secret. It’s about navigating challenges through brutally honest conversations, embracing each other's quirks as strengths, and always—no matter what—putting the team first. Their approach isn't just a recipe for business success; it's a blueprint for building a resilient community that thrives together. The takeaway? Trust deeply, talk openly, embrace the differences, and always back your people. #Leadership #Teamwork #Entrepreneurship Gail Montgomery #gotyourback Bruce Montgomery
