Sterling Investment Partners hosted a dinner for 15 women at beginning their investment banking careers. This talented group holds high expectations for their futures. Despite the influx of incredible women into the pipeline, why are so few entering private equity? Sterling partnered with ibRecruit, an organization that prepares young women for banking starting in college.Together we are building a supportive community to encourage these women to advance their careers, whether in banking or transitioning into PE. By gaining insights into PE, these women can better understand firm cultures and assess their fit for potential positions. The Sterling team shared insights into the dynamic landscape of investment banking and how private equity can be a rewarding next step.
