Hear more from them below! Miguel -  “I’m originally from Venezuela, and my cultural background has taught me the value of hard work and perseverance. My parents grew up with very little, yet they worked tirelessly to provide us with education and opportunities, even when it meant they had little for themselves. This work ethic is something I carry with me, and it’s what drives me as a franchisee at F45. After moving from Australia with my wife and daughters to open our F45 and later FS8, I wanted to create a space where hard work and community come together, just like it did in my upbringing. F45 and FS8 are not just fitness studios—they’re places where people from all walks of life, including the Hispanic community, can connect and support one another. The values of resilience and community that are so strong in Hispanic culture are reflected in how we run our studios. Whether it’s through fitness or just being there for each other, we’re creating a space that empowers and uplifts our local Hispanic community. Representation is incredibly important because it shows people that they belong, no matter where they’re from. As a Venezuelan living in the U.S., I know how meaningful it is to feel seen and understood in a new environment. This Hispanic Heritage Month, we’re celebrating by bringing elements of our culture into the studio. We’re incorporating music, traditions, and community events that reflect the vibrancy of Hispanic culture. It’s a chance to celebrate not just our roots, but also the diversity and richness that each member brings to our #F45 and #FS8 family.”

💫 Introducing, Nicholas Valentine, a dedicated F45 coach in the Los Angeles area! 💫 Nicholas served 7 years on active duty and is now currently in the US reserves. In the Marine Corps, he was a Water Survival Instructor for four and half years. This job helped him excel in giving platform instruction, demonstrations, form correction, and workout plans tailored to different service members goals. Additionally, he was a HITT (High Intensity Tactical Training) instructor towards the end of active duty time, that course helped him understand exercise science and movement patterns before joining the F45 family. Those positions, along with additional leadership roles, made his transition post military life to F45 seamless through the F45 VIP program. Now, Nicholas currently work for five different F45 franchises in the LA area (DTLA, West LA, Culver City, Sunset, and Santa Monica) and he's learned more than he could've asked for from the owners, studio managers, and coaches alike. "I'd pass to anyone looking to get involved in F45 or the fitness industry all together to "bloom where you are planted," meaning, no matter what studio, role, or overall experience you have, make the best out of it and give 100% of whatever percent you got in the tank that day." 💫 Introducing, John Hutter, coach at F45 West Palm Beach in Florida! 💫 John is not only an incredible coach, but also served four years with the 101st Airborne Division Artillery at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, including a year deployed in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom from February 2003 to February 2004. John joined F45 in February 2024 as a member, aiming to elevate his fitness journey. After reaching his 100th class milestone in July and experiencing an amazing transformation, he became inspired to help others achieve their fitness goals. This led him to become a certified personal trainer and, in August 2024, an F45 Coach. From his very first class, he was captivated by the F45 brand and the energy of the workouts. It felt like a natural step to join the coaching team and represent the brand for him. The transition into coaching has been incredibly fulfilling, allowing him to connect with amazing members and work alongside an exceptional team of coaches and teammates.
