LinkedIn’s 2023 Veteran Opportunity Report is out – uncovering the state of U.S. veteran employment: https://aka.ms/Veteran We’ve found that: Veterans are well-educated, with 60.5% holding a bachelor's degree or higher, and they are 3x more likely to have graduate degrees compared to nonveterans. A significant 61% of veterans' first civilian jobs are high-skilled, and eight of LinkedIn's top 10 most in-demand skills align with veteran skills. Despite veterans possessing strong leadership skills and nearly double the work experience of nonveterans, they are only half as likely to attain director or vice president leadership roles in the civilian workforce.
