Fabian VanCott is excited to share that the new Fabian Lakeside Pavilion at Sugar House Park has been completed. The pavilion is named after one of the firm's founders, Harold Fabian, who worked with Salt Lake City and Salt Lake County to found the Sugar House Park Authority in the 1950s. He was the President of the Authority’s board of trustees for 18 years. Over the years, several Fabian VanCott attorneys have served as members of the board of trustees. Presently, firm attorney Jackie Rosen serves on the board. We are excited to visit and use the new Fabian Lakeside Pavilion and hope you will as well. After a summer of collaborating with Fabian VanCott attorneys, our excellent 2024 summer associates are headed back to continue their progress in law school. Terence Melville, currently a student at Southern University Law Center, contributed to the firm’s litigation, corporate, and tax practices and intends to pursue private equity and corporate law. Louis Butler, also a student at Southern University Law Center, enjoyed participating in depositions and drafting estate documents with different practice groups. Zach Berger, studying at the University of Texas at Austin School of Law, worked with the firm’s litigation, appeals, and education practices and intends to pursue intellectual property litigation.
