We recently had the incredible honor of celebrating the grand opening of our property, Fairmont Breakers Long Beach, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter for this historic landmark. Throughout the evening, guests were immersed in the hotel’s storied past, experiencing different eras brought to life across our venues. From the Roaring ‘20s jazz and craft cocktails at Alter Ego to the elegance of Sky Room’s post-war glamour, and the high-energy ’80s dance party at Halo, every space told a unique story. With live music, signature dishes, and thoughtful details at every turn, the night was a tribute to the legacy and the vibrant future ahead. We are so grateful to everyone who celebrated with us.
