In the spirit of giving back, proceeds from every Paper Plane cocktail sold at our Lobby Bar throughout March will be donated to the Chicago chapter of Dress for Success Worldwide, supporting their mission to empower women in the workforce. We celebrated colleagues reaching milestone anniversaries in 2024—3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 years with Fairmont Chicago. Their contributions, from perfecting guest experiences to building relationships with fellow colleagues have been valuable. Today, we hosted a wonderful colleague potluck to celebrate Black History Month. Everyone came together, contributing a variety of traditional dishes, family recipes, and favorites with each other. It was a joyous afternoon filled with delicious flavors, music, and the spirit of Black culture. A true celebration to honor the past and inspire the future❤️💛💚🖤

Yesterday, our incredible Sales team participated in the 2025 Prospectathon! Together, the sales team called, emailed, and booked business, exceeding our expectations and setting the bar high. Their drive and dedication made this a huge success, and we can't wait to see what else they will achieve this year!   

Our Latin Carnival-themed Colleague Winter Gala was an amazing celebration! The night was filled with delicious Latin cuisine, mesmerizing fire dancers, and an overall fantastic time honoring our colleagues and reflecting on our successes this year💃🏽🎶🍮🧡💜🎊

We are deeply saddened by the devastating impact of the recent wildfires in Los Angeles. This tragedy serves as a reminder of the strength and resilience within our culinary community—and the power of standing together in challenging times. To support the restaurants affected by these fires, Toro by Chef Richard Sandoval - Chicago is proud to partner with Chicago Chefs Cook in a fundraising effort. From January 13 to February 10, 2025, we will donate 10% of all sales from our Ceviche Amarillo and Corn & Mezcal cocktail to Los Angeles restaurant recovery.
