Fairmont Crossing and Tate Springs teamed up today at Campbell County’s Senior Awareness day! Together we shared information with seniors about our communities! Thank you Campbell County Social Services for hosting the event!

Fairmont Crossing is starting a new support group in the Amherst area! We have a meet and greet for our first Alzheimer’s Support Group this Thursday! Please mark your calendars and join us. We will enjoy some light refreshments as we kick off what will be a very successful and much needed support system for those affected by Alzheimers in our area.

At Fairmont Crossing in observance of World Mental Health Day, our activity department checked in with staff offering coffee and donuts and positive affirmations. Take some time today to check in with your mental health.

Mrs. Rose came to Fairmont Crossing Health and Rehab following a decline related to illness. When she arrived at the facility she was unable to walk, unable to get up and needed extensive help to move around in bed. Over the duration of about 9 weeks she made an excellent recovery! With daily hard work ,support from her husband, faith in God, and guidance of the Rehab facility staff she is now able to walk with minimal support, she can get up with minimal help, and she is smiling big because she has graduated home! Mrs.Rose has a gentle but determined personality which helped her achieve her goal of going back home. We will miss her but we are excited for you to get back to family and life at home. Mrs. Rose, with a beautiful smile on her face, said she would like to thank Brigid,Denise, Randy and the staff. We will miss you & Mr. Rose!!
