On Saturday March 9th I had the opportunity to present with Jonathan Edwards at Inspiring Minds Philadelphia youth conference on behalf of FamFrequency Productions. The event was great - well organized and well attended! I would love for this to be one of many speaking opportunities as we continue to support creative entrepreneurs through our resources and programming. #IMConnected

  • Happy New Year! As we're closing out our first month of the Gregorian calendar, we'd like to announce that we are accepting applications for our 2024 - 2025 student-artist cohort. This is a 15 month fellowship where interested student-artists learn skills surrounding music production and entrepreneurship. We provide them with the resources to make commercially competitive music as well as introduce them to resources and relationships in the city to carry their success beyond the 15 months of our fellowship. If you know of a high school student who would be interested in this opportunity please feel free to guide them to our website. If you are a local organization, artist, or community member looking to get involved - please reach out. Email: lanisha@famfrequencyproductions.org We look forward to another amazing year!

Thank you to everyone who joined us at our inaugural fundraising event, "A Masquerade Soirée"! We were thrilled to celebrate the evening with our friends, family, and support system. Since the inception of FamFrequency Productions, we aimed to build a community of creatives who could rally around our young people while also finding fellowship in each other. Needless to say, the energy in the room felt incredible. There was love, support, and a desire to nurture the programs that serve our youth. To all those who supported financially, thank you! We are over halfway towards our goal and could not be more pleased! For those who couldn't make the event, consider showing your support by donating through our website. Donations go towards supporting entrepreneurship through music education with our youth. If you attended the event and would like the link to photos from that evening, please don't hesitate to send an InMail, and we'll be delighted to share them with you.

Today is the day! We're celebrating our first student-cohort by partying with a purpose. Come join us in at Rec & Royal in Center city for a Masquerade Soirée as we enjoy an evening with food, drinks, art, and fellowship. Can't wait to see you there! https://lnkd.in/eTgnup-d

Join us for the FamFrequency Productions Fall Fundraiser, The Masquerade Soiree. Attendees are in for a night of dancing, live painting, a silent auction and even some karaoke as we support and celebrate our first year of programming in the City of Brotherly Love. Our duo of DJ-community-curators, Ben Arsenal and Matt Law, will be providing the tunes for the evening. We will have a brief program to highlight the accomplishments of our student-artists and to recognize some superstars in the community who are doing great work. Don a mask or pick one up at the door, pair it with your favorite cocktail getup and meet us on the dancefloor. Tickets are $55; funds raised go directly towards providing programming for high school student-artists in Philadelphia. Get your tickets now and be part of a community that empowers the future drivers of the creative economy!
