Yesterday, we hosted 150 attendees for the All4HealthFL 2025 Community Health Needs event! This impactful gathering brought together leaders from AdventHealth, BayCare Health System, Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital, Moffitt Cancer Center, Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital, Lakeland Regional Health-Florida, Tampa General Hospital, and other local public health agencies. The event provided an opportunity to learn about local health needs and offer valuable input on where our efforts should be focused. Throughout the event, we: 📊 Reviewed local health data, highlighting key needs and disparities. 💬 Engaged in group discussions to explore the top health issues facing our community. 🔍 Examined the root causes of health disparities and factors influencing outcomes. 🗳️ Voted on priority health areas to focus on over the next three years. 🤝 Brainstormed collaborative solutions to address our community’s top health needs. This collaboration is crucial for driving change and improving health outcomes. This mural is part of this year's Valspar Be Bright initiative, a wonderful collaboration with the Valspar Championship. 🎨 Representatives from Valspar Paint Services Pty Ltd joined us for this special moment, sharing the inspiring history of the Be Bright program, its role in the tournament, and how Valspar’s vibrant paint transforms public spaces into colorful works of art that spread joy and optimism throughout communities nationwide. Last week, 25 Chromalloy employees from our Parts Center of Excellence demonstrated their commitment to serving their local community by volunteering with Feeding Tampa Bay. The Chromalloy team helped organized 13,921 pounds of food, or the equivalent of 1,600 meals for those in need in their community.
