Our bee hives are thriving!! Last week we extracted 92 lbs of honey. Enjoy some for yourself!! You can find our Fiddler’s Elbow honey in the Golf Shop. Did you know? Honey offers a variety of benefits that make it a valuable addition to your diet and wellness routine. Its natural antibacterial and antioxidant properties help support the immune system and promote wound healing. Honey serves as a quick source of energy thanks to its rich carbohydrate content and can effectively soothe sore throats and reduce coughing. Additionally, honey is often used in skincare for its moisturizing and healing effects, making it a versatile ingredient for both health and beauty.

Thank you to all the incredible chefs and their amazing teams for making this year's Mixed Stix event a delicious success! We couldn't have done it without you Each year head chefs from all over New Jersey join us at Fiddler's Elbow for our annual Iron Chef competition. Chefs and their teams create their own dish for guests to then vote on. The chef with the most votes at the end of the night is our Iron Chef winner! Let us introduce this years guest chefs and the dishes they created! Chef Nick Osuch from Stanton Ridge Golf & Country Club served Kagoshima A5 strip steak with wagyu beef tallow, kabocha ginger puree, and pickled daikon. Chef Angel Rivera from Basking Ridge Country Club offered lemon zest egg yolk grilled cheese served with balsamic glaze, tomato consomme, and caviar. Chef Max Shteyman from Montclair Country Club created truffle & parmesan crusted wagyu zabuton steak with loaded grits, smoked corn relish, and tomato vinaigrette. Chef Felix Gonzalez from Viaggio Restaurant served St. Louis cut pork ribs with arista sauce and fennel arugula salad. Chef Jon Rice from Osteria Morini New Jersey offered cappelletti with oxtail, king crab, spring onion, lemon, and capers. Chef Anthony Acampora from Fiddler's Elbow created Barnegat Light dayboat scallops with jersey corn & dual sweet potato succatosh and white tomato butter. For dessert, Chef Ernie delighted our tastebuds with peach-blueberry melba.
