FORT SILL, Okla. — Soldiers at Fort Sill took part in the Expert Field Medical Badge (EFMB), Expert Infantryman Badge (EIB), and Expert Soldier Badge (ESB) testing—collectively known as the E3B—from Oct. 21-25.
