If you are trying to conceive, preparing your lifestyle and body for pregnancy is essential. Weighing too much or too little could impact your body's hormonal function, so make sure to get exercise and follow healthy habits. Smoking can also impact fertility, so quitting smoking and avoiding second-hand smoke before and during pregnancy is important. You should also think about your stress levels, as stress could potentially impact conception. You may want to take up relaxing activities like yoga or meditation to improve your state of mind and prioritize your mental health.
