We’re excited to welcome Abbey Martin, EIT, as an Engineer II in our Transportation group! Abbey brings a strong background in roadway design, utility modeling, and transportation engineering. Her expertise includes designing urban roadways, full-depth reconstructions, and interchanges, as well as conducting pedestrian studies, sign inventories, and sight distance evaluations. Abbey has also coordinated with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions for complex infrastructure projects. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Civil Engineering and a concentration in Transportation, Abbey is skilled in tools like OpenRoads Designer, MicroStation, and InRoads. She is passionate about creating safe, efficient, and sustainable transportation networks. Abbey was drawn to Fisher because of the firm’s diverse transportation projects and was excited to join a company founded by a woman with a strong legacy of leadership. She shared that it seemed like a great place to grow her career, and we’re so happy to have her on board! Outside of work, Abbey enjoys hiking and camping, has a black Labrador retriever, and has traveled to 36 states!
