Cassandra Francischetti shared a laugh with Commissioner Randy Brodehl as her Information Technology colleagues gathered for her five-year milestone. Known to her friends and coworkers as Cassie, she studied Information Technology at Carroll College in Helena before relocating to Kalispell in 2012. Reflecting on her five years with Flathead County, Cassie expressed her gratitude for working under a supportive boss and within a team that prioritizes flexibility and development. "It's not cookie-cutter," she explained. "We're fortunate that Matt (Matt Reynolds, IT Department head) and the commissioners encourage interaction with departments and their employees to really custom our work to Flathead County needs." Cassie also acknowledged the exciting era of technological advancements, particularly with the rise of AI.
