Why am I so excited about this? ❤️ 1. First, it’s the learning. I have absolutely loved all of the research that goes into each guest, from reading books to watching TED Talks and discovering so much about new worlds for me. It’s been an incredible opportunity to learn from some of the most brilliant minds and inspiring individuals out there. Whether they’re experts or familiar faces, they’ve each brought a fresh perspective, and I’ve been humbled by how much I’ve personally gained from these conversations. 2. Second, it’s about the stories. I’m truly excited about how we’re sharing these conversations with the world. It’s not just about offering new insights (of which there are many) it’s also about showing people in a way they’ve never been seen before. There are guests you may know, but we’re shining a new light on their stories and experiences. We’re capturing sides of them that haven’t been revealed before, and I believe that’s incredibly special—not just for the audience but for the guests themselves. There’s something powerful about being seen in a new way, being understood on a deeper level, and in many ways, being affirmed. 3. And finally, I can’t talk about this podcast without talking about the team. I brag about the Flight Studio team to everyone. I’ve worked with many teams over the years, but this one is truly exceptional.  It’s rare to find a group where every single person is so passionate and I’m so proud of the work we’ve created together.
