The presentation was a deep dive into the strategies that make organizational change both impactful and sustainable. These lessons are critical for any leader striving to inspire growth in their team and organization: 🌟 Change is challenging, but effective change management can transform it into a powerful driver for growth. 🔑 Build trust and psychological safety — essential foundations that empower individuals to engage in change actively. 🔄 Keep feedback loops open and listen deeply. As a change leader, resist defensiveness. Instead, view feedback as an opportunity to understand different perspectives, helping your team feel valued and seen. ⏳ Set realistic expectations — change takes twice as long as anticipated and is 80% about people and 20% about process.
