The program is open to active HAWL members who are in their first seven (7) years of practice as of the date of application. Black Women in Law joined a collaboration event with several USF organizations where we recruited students to join our club. At our table we had an activity for people to write and share their own daily affirmations. This was an amazing opportunity to meet different people who share similar passions within the school community!

MEMBER SPOTLIGHT 🔦 Meet Amirah Mohammad. Amirah is the Corporate and Regulatory Counsel and board-appointed Privacy Officer for U.S. Century Bank. In that role, she practices in a variety of legal areas including corporate law, regulatory compliance, contract law, oversight of external litigation, legal research and analysis, and corporate governance.
