As Tropical Storm Helene approaches our state, the FJA is encouraging its members to stay safe and informed. The Florida Division of Emergency Management provides weather updates, hurricane preparedness checklists, and other emergency information. https://lnkd.in/etA4_aF FJA's office in Tallahassee will be closed on Wednesday, September 25, and Thursday, September 26. Pending storm impacts, FJA's offices will reopen on Friday, September 27.

This week I was at the Four Seasons Orlando for the Florida Justice Association’s #MastersofJustice Seminar. My boys, Immediate Past President Stephen Cain was joined by his partners A. Dax Bello, who chaired the Medical Malpractice Seminar, and Michael Levine, who delivered a very informative presentation on Navigating Florida’s Medical Malpractice Presuit Statute. Earlier in the week, our associate Andres Hidalgo joined the Foundation’s Leadership Academy for their first in-person retreat. Love being part of a firm that understands the importance of active participation in organizations like FJA.
