We like to think we took this advice when we hired our incredible Partner, Bill A.
VOICE | "Every company wants the best talent. But it’s important to understand the difference between finding great talent and finding the right talent who is also the right fit," writes CFO of Flower Shop Bill A.. https://adweek.it/47sZbau

On New Year’s Day, the PWHL dropped the puck on their inaugural season. Six teams stacked with the best hockey players on the planet, a dream mix of college superstars and Olympians. Rivalries were born and attendance records were broken weekly. For diehard fans old and young, it was time. The hockey itself brought a new mix of speed, physicality and IQ that sent waves through the sport. The only thing missing were the team identities. Each team took the ice with only their city names on their jerseys: Boston, Minnesota, Montreal, New York, Ottawa, and Toronto. We were tasked to come up with unique names, logos, rallying cries, identities and uniform designs for all six of the teams. This project tapped into the core of Flower Shop’s purpose on every level. We honed our passion for brand building, conceptual thinking, and executional craft through our love of sports—because nothing rallies and ignites passion quite like it. It never felt like work, just a giant responsibility to deliver something worthy of this league, its teams, players and fans. We are confident we’ve done them justice. And there’s so much more to come. Our FS team as always was lean and mighty: Mary Lou Bunn Al Merry Bill A. Mark Aronson Elizabeth Hess Lucas Robert Sacherman Bridgette G. Rachel Moser Amber Leone Matthew Waxman - and we had exceptional partners in Duncan Gravestock and the good folks at F37®. We couldn’t have asked for better clients. Direct, collaborative and challenging. Thank you for believing in us and having faith that small agencies can make big work: We’re looking at you Amy Scheer Kanan Bhatt-Shah Alessandra Bologna Mandy Gutmann Choose Your Team!
