We’re cheering the rebrand and creative marketing of Impossible Foods. CEO Peter McGuinness recently told Bloomberg they're not satisfied with good sales in the #plantbased sector, they won’t have made a dent until they capture the 1.4 trillion world wide animal meat sector. Hence the new branding and placement along-side traditional burgers. CMO and CCO Leslie Sims said Impossible is made for more than people who identify as vegan or vegetarian, "we are Meat made from plants.” They knew they were onto something when the Impossible Whopper soared. Now Impossible can be found at Dunkin', CARLS JR, White's Castle, Little Caesars Pizza, Red Robin, Fatburger, Starbucks, Denny's, McDonald's and many others. As Muscle and fitness writer Kelly Twardziak recently said “Who would’ve thought so many fast food chains would get into plant-based burgers?” #Packaging for Impossible's Burger #PattiesFromPlants use paperboard outer and both the tray and packaging are recyclable, while they maximize the use of PCR content. UN Climate Change touted Impossible as one of only a few companies where 'sales growth and consumer interest can coincide’.
