dlivrd is a last-mile delivery company on the move. It's been scaling so quickly that it's made it hard to pause and figure out a strategy for developing its own tech stack. The pandemic gave the company that time. It was then that CEO Christopher Heffernan told me he set a goal to stop "band-aiding" its technology and bring it all in house.
