The 231 Grant Project is almost complete. Foothill-De Anza Community College District is a proud partner for this 110-unit Affordable Workforce Housing project at Palo Alto. Along with the County of Santa Clara, City of Palo Alto, City of Mountain View, Mountain View Wishman School District, and Palo Alto Unified School District, we combined our resources to benefit the community we collectively serve. Special mention to County Supervisor Joe Simitian for your dedication and sponsorship. It was an honor attending this event on behalf of FHDA with our Board Vice President.

I'm excited to support the Foundation for California Community Colleges and the California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office in partnership with the Foothill-De Anza Community College District by attending the 2024 Futures Summit at De Anza College next week! The conference will support the goals and aspirations of Vision 2030, a collaborative action plan implemented by California Community Colleges Chancellor Sonya Christian to respond to the technological and environmental changes facing our communities and society. Vision 2030 holistically addresses the needs of colleges, students, and industries that depend on the nearly 2 million students the California Community Colleges educates every year. It's Wayhaven's first time attending, so if you'll be there, drop a note and say hi!

Four times a year Heritage Bank of Commerce hosts PSA Day at CreaTV San Jose where we sponsor nonprofit clients to come make a PSA for their organization.
